ANC welcomes judiciary concerns

THE ANC has welcomed concerns raised by Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng on problems facing the judiciary. “The ANC has noted with appreciation the concerns raised by Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng on the need for a capacity budget and infrastructure for the effective performance of this important arm of the state,” spokesman Zizi Kodwa said yesterday. Justice Mogoeng said the gap between the judiciary’s workload, budget and infrastructural needs was a key problem affecting his department.
