Tulisa Park is a mess after rains

DONALD HOTUN WRITES: Lots of sand and stones have accumulated because of the rain over the past five years, and grass has grown long on the streets and pavement slabs in Fulton and Romney streets, Tulisa Park. Joburg Roads Agency and City Parks have neglected this area for more than 10 years.

HOTUN WRITES AGAIN: The sand, stones and grass were removed today.
