Angela Day and Aurelia’s Restaurant at Emperors Palace are offering readers the opportunity to win double tickets to a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party on Saturday, September 3.

On the menu will be Mad Hatter’s cupcakes; chocolate cake with honeycomb and caramel; smoked salmon sandwiches; sweet potato waffles with pulled pork; fried haloumi with lime sweet chilli, and other delights prepared by chef de cuisine Justin Jonah and his brigade.

It will be a high tea menu fit for royalty. All the treats will be served with a selection of tea and coffee.

The person judged to be wearing the best decorated hat will win dinner for eight at Aurelia’s. Spot prizes and goody bags will also be given out.
