JANET Gourand runs an organisation in Cape Town called World Without Wine whose mission is “to support and inspire a life without alcohol”.

Her organisation runs workshops and one-on-one coaching, social events and a support group.

The next workshop will be on Saturday followed by another one on Saturday, March 18.

For those who don’t live in Cape Town they offer one-to-one coaching via Skype which will include workshop content.
