ILLEGAL dumping has become a huge problem across the city of Johannesburg.

Now a ward councillor has started erecting berms around some parks in Victory Park in order to curtail this unsavoury practice.

If the root of the problem is not addressed, these truck drivers will just find another spot to dump.
