MR MASHABA, I would like to suggest that you investigate the tuk-tuks which are operating in Auckland Park. We heard that the drivers don’t have valid permits and drivers licences. I would like to find out how the tuktuks operate because taxis operate with a licence and are impounded if they operate without one. Taxis are also not allowed to park at the Campus Square basement parking but tuk-tuks are allowed. Riverlea, Joburg
