Zuma can’t fool everyone indefinitely

-

MANY of Jacob Zuma’s actions have caused South Africans alarm, but we should also study his utterances as these show he has a tenuous grasp of reality.

The senior leadership should also call a meeting of political parties to formulate a real transformation programme: all corruption and cronyism rooted out, with no benefits any more for leeches and parasites. Land in arid, degraded, drought-stricken or abandoned areas must be bought and leased for 49 years at a time or sold on reasonable terms to any farmer of whatever colour to farm and develop. All farmers, big and small, should be assisted with the latest agricultural technologies to enable them to earn a good living even on a tiny parcel of land.
