We must make SA great again

- Claudio Pagnonsin

CHANGE has become a natural form of life nowadays, making it difficult for all of us in South Africa.

When Nelson Mandela became president, the future was brighter and the rand was stronger. It was like the sun was shining and the rays of the sun made everything great.

Then (Jacob) Zuma was elected into power and dark clouds started to form. Since his reign there have been challenging times causing the future to look gloomy.

Then one night Zuma decided to re-shuffle the cabinet because he found that he was not able to control all of them for his personal gain. His reshuffle caused havoc and anger.

Pravin Gordhan was dismissed and so the rand started to plummet. The “junk” status then became a reality for South Africa.

It is sad that this has happened as it will take a long time for South Africa to recover from all this.

As South Africans we need to stand together and fight against corruption and make our country a first-class African country again. We need to promote employment and market our country in a way that investors from overseas will want to stay.
