What is good about it is the fact that the ruling party, which is the biggest spender, is the one that proposed an ad hoc committee to deal with this matter.

History has taught us that foreign donors are not always good for the sovereignty of any country. As citizens, we need to know who is funding various political parties and for what purpose. We ought to know if these funds are domestic or foreign.
