Value Group extension

VALUE Group, the logistics and transport group, has reached agreement with the participants in its 2010 broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) transaction to a five-year extension. The transaction involved former ANC treasurer-general Mathews Phosa and Mano Padiyachy, directors of Value Group.
