Grazing and crop farm features four boreholes

A FARM near the Grootvlei Power Station is to be sold by Van’s Auctioneers on Thursday at 11am.

According to Van’s, about 100 hectares of the 156ha farm are being used as natural grazing, while the rest of the farm consists of crop fields.

The farm, which is situated between Grootvlei and Balfour, has four boreholes and a pan of about 17ha. Other improvements include:

A three-bedroom family home with security fencing. Garage for four vehicles. Two rondavels. A store of 150m². A workshop of 30m². A dairy. Various outbuildings. The auction will take place at the farm.
