Share up 16.48% on trading update

NIVEUS Investments share price gained 16.48 percent to R10.60 a share on the JSE following the release of its trading update. Niveus Investments expected its attributable earnings per share to show an increase of at least 31.8 percent for the six months to the end of September. The group said it would report attributable earnings per share (Eps) of between 110.8 cents and 115c and headline earnings per share (Heps) of between 107.7c and 124.1c, an increase of between 31.8 percent and 51.9 percent, compared with Eps of 21.3c and Heps of 81.7c last year.
