Telkom service tops
TELKOM gets regular bad press. This is a good news story though. My Telkom Wi-Fi went down and I reported it at 9.30am. The technician was at my home by 12.30pm that day. The fault was fixed. The next day, before I even knew there was a problem, Telkom was in touch to advise me they had identified another problem resulting in intermittent access. The technician was at my house the same morning and sorted the problem out. The problem was apparently at the exchange. There was then a final visit to my house to make sure everything was working. Everything was resolved in under 36 hours. Ten out of 10 for that service. Please pass this on to your contacts at Telkom. Dairmuid Short
