Please repair water leak at traffic lights

I can’t count how many times there has been a water leak at the traffic lights at Ernest Oppenheimer and Queen Street in Bruma. Yes, they did “fix” it and left a big mess! Yellow barriers, dirt and bits of tar blocking the corner!

Isn’t there a clean-up crew that attends to this? These eyesores are all over the place! Who do we report this to? Please help!
