LOCALS BATTLE FOR NATIONAL CROWN

ASHLEIGH Moolman-Pasio will be one of the heavy favourites in the SA women’s cycling road race tomorrow in Pretoria.

Among the pretenders to the throne is Michelle Benson (Tuks), who is riding for the Cycling Nation Team and finished second in the provincial championships.

Benson’s most significant concern tomorrow is that most of the riders will sit up and wait for Moolman-Pasio to make her move. According to her, that is a sure way to lose.
