Arrests for metal in car

FIVE men were arrested for possession of precious metal with an estimated value of R20 000 in Rustenburg, North West police said yesterday. Sergeant Kelebogile Moleko said police had stopped a vehicle in Rustenburg Square on Tuesday. “They found five occupants inside the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, the police found precious metals inside the boot with an estimated value of R20 000.” The suspects were arrested and were due to appear in the Rustenburg Magistrate’s Court today. – ANA
