- – Staff Reporter

THREE nights of ministry and artistry.

That’s what the Gospel Cruise is all about, and the second instalment will include multi-award-winning singing sensation Dr Tumi.

Last year’s cruise was hosted by Metro FM’s Thami Ngubeni and saw Pastor Benjamin Dube entertain and fill the MSC Sinfonia with song and praise.

Dr Tumi, whose real name is Tumisang Mak- weya, is a minister of song and is described as someone whose music transcends generations and cultures.

He will be enticing his fans with gospel hits like I Love It Here, The Jesus Song, All of Me, Royalty, Decree, Your Name and Heart of a King.

Since the release of his gold-selling album Love &

Grace, Dr Tumi has received awards including Best Gospel Album, Best Gospel Artist and Best Gospel Song. He has also been presented with Mzansi Christian Awards for Best Christian Artist, Best Male Personality and Personality of the Year, and received a Metro FM Award for Best Gospel Album.

The cruise will take place from March 16-19 next year, but people are encouraged to book their tickets now. The cruise will go from Durban to Portuguese Island, Mozambique, and back to Durban.
