Complaints against auction houses dropping drastically, SAIA reports

THE NUMBER of complaints levelled against auction houses in South Africa has dropped by more than a third year-on-year – and indications are the industry will do even better this year, says South African Institute of Auctioneers (SAIA) director Joff van Reenen.
