PAUKER NOMINATED AS DIRECTOR

THE STEINHOFF International supervisory board has nominated David Pauker for appointment to the board for a period from Steinhoff’s next general meeting of shareholders until the close of the annual general meeting to be held in 2023 Pauker would serve as an independent supervisory director. “Until his appointment, he will be entitled to attend meetings of the supervisory board and its committees in an advisory capacity,” the group said. Pauker has more than 25 years of experience as a financial adviser and turnaround manager working with companies facing difficult decisions. Heather Sonn, chair of the supervisory board, said Steinhoff welcomed Pauker’s nomination. “David has an impressive track record,” she said. |
