I SENT you an email on January 17 about my Telkom account that I’ve been battling to close for 10 months.
Today, I received a statement from Telkom indicating that my account has been closed and is in credit.
Of course, getting my credit rating to update will take some time.
Nevertheless, a big thank you as I have failed to sort out this hassle myself after several attempts.
You are a true fighter for helpless consumers against ruthless companies which are totally disregarding clients’ requests, as well as their rights, and treat them unfairly.
