Some of the dishes are street food like aloo chaat (spiced potato snack) and pakoras (fritters) and others such as Kashmiri rogan josh, Punjabi butter chicken, Keralan fish curry, aloo matar paneer, easy breads like chapati and naan, as well as desserts like choco jamun.
