IT SEEMS to me that the ANC is in turmoil, unsure if it is a party for the people or a party for the self-elected national executive committee.
I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a huge revolution from ANC MPs on September 8 during the vote of no confidence in the president.
I’m wondering about the real meaning of the abbreviation “ANC”. Is it Another Nonsense Cartel, perhaps Agents NonComposmentis or maybe even Alleged National Cartoonists?
Should we, Joburg residents, go to the Saxonwold shebeen on September 8 to demand our money back? Oakdene FIVE-thousand small businesses can be nurtured and they will skill 5 000 young businesspeople, from which more than 10 000 jobs can be created.

We have all been Witness to the fact that his Business Day is ruled by crony enrichment. Counting against it is that it played host a decade ago and secured the 2024 Olympics. Wouldn’t it make more sense to hold a World Cup after that event, when all the stadiums and infrastructure are in place?
That has been one of the issues with Japan 2019. The main stadium won’t be ready. So, 2027 seems far more appropriate for France. Twenty years should be the minimum period between tournaments in the same country.
Meanwhile, I see that one of the reasons France won the 2024 Olympics is that its bids failed in the past. It’s not going to look good for rugbydom if the African bid is rejected yet again, without good reason. Ireland is a first-time bidder and has zero advantages over South Africa – quite the opposite, in fact. Former New Zealand sports reporter Istanbul
