AT NOON next Sunday Rand Realty will call for bids on site for a “prestige, palatial heritage home” in Germiston which is being sold with its contents, power generator and more than 30 valuable cycads.

The 450m² house is on more than 7 300m² of park-like gardens at 24 Chapman Road, in the northern part of Ekurhuleni’s Klippoortje Agricultural Lots, about 17km south-east of the Joburg CBD. It is close to Germiston Lake, Rand Airport, Airport Park and the N17 and N3 highways.

“Firstly, it is a haven. The house is well secured with security gates, burglar bars and an automated entrance gate and alarm system.
