TWO PRIME properties on the South Coast in KwaZulu-Natal, will be auctioned next week: one in Pennington, and the other further down the coast at Southbroom.
The “stunning” three-bedroom home and adjoining flatlet in Pennington will be auctioned by Rawson Auctions on Wednesday.

The property will be auctioned at noon at the Rawson head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.

The property in Southbroom, which will be auctioned by Bidders Choice, is an “elegant” triple-storey family holiday home in a complex.
The four-bedroom (all en-suite) unit at 73 Outlook Road – within walking distance of the beach – will be hammered down at 11am on Friday, with viewing taking place on Thursday from 3pm to 5pm.
Features include an open-plan living area, a kitchen, study, and covered entertainment area overlooking a private pool.
Bidders Choice says the house can be used as a family dwelling, holiday home or rented to the tourists.
