SKIP YOURSELF TO SLIM
Skipping is an effective way to burn calories. Try these three simple jump rope exercises:
1. Single jump: Jump with feet together, one jump per turn.
2. Figure eight: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Trace a sideways figure eight – moving from right shoulder to left hip.
3. Jumping jack: Jump over the rope and land with feet wider than hip-width apart. On your next jump, land with feet together. Repeat all the exercises for 10 minutes, daily and you’ll notice the difference!
