Be a warrior: Be prepared for those internal voices that tell you to quit. Get ready to take them on. Remember, the strength of your desire to reach the goal has to be greater than what holds you back.
Get inspired: Talk to people who’ve achieved the fitness goals that you’re pursuing. Your self-confidence will soar.
Setbacks are fine: Your progress won’t be a straight diagonal line. It will slow down or even go backwards at times. That’s normal. Monitor your progress: On a weekly basis, keep track of your workouts in terms of the number of sets, weights, distance, time, etc. Your motivation will increase as you see those results increase over time.
