Hand­ful co­rian­der, chopped Hand­ful pars­ley, chopped ½c up olive oil ½ lemon, juiced Salt and pep­per to taste 2 sprigs rose­mary Baby mar­rows, halved Brown mush­rooms


1. In a large bowl, mix chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pep­per and rose­mary sprigs. Place in the fridge to chill. 3. Brush the mush­rooms and mar­rows with the herb mari­nade, us­ing the rose­mary sprigs as the brush. Add the veg­gies into a foil with the re­main­ing mari­nade. 4. Grill un­til soft, turn­ing of­ten to cook all sides. Serve hot.
