Aromatic marrows & mushrooms
Handful coriander, chopped Handful parsley, chopped ½c up olive oil ½ lemon, juiced Salt and pepper to taste 2 sprigs rosemary Baby marrows, halved Brown mushrooms
1. In a large bowl, mix chopped herbs, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and rosemary sprigs. Place in the fridge to chill. 3. Brush the mushrooms and marrows with the herb marinade, using the rosemary sprigs as the brush. Add the veggies into a foil with the remaining marinade. 4. Grill until soft, turning often to cook all sides. Serve hot.
