Creamy & tangy chicken kebabs
800g chicken thigh fillets 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves, crushed Juice of 2 limes ½ cup olive oil ½ cup mayonnaise Handful coriander, chopped Handful parsley, chopped Salt and pepper
1. Mix the first seven ingredients for the marinade. Season fillets and marinate. Leave for an hour, then cut into chunks and thread onto soaked skewers. 2. Braai for about 15 minutes on
each side, basting all time.
