800g chicken thigh fil­lets 3 jalapeno pep­pers, finely chopped 2 gar­lic cloves, crushed Juice of 2 limes ½ cup olive oil ½ cup may­on­naise Hand­ful co­rian­der, chopped Hand­ful pars­ley, chopped Salt and pep­per


1. Mix the first seven in­gre­di­ents for the mari­nade. Sea­son fil­lets and mar­i­nate. Leave for an hour, then cut into chunks and thread onto soaked skew­ers. 2. Braai for about 15 min­utes on

each side, bast­ing all time.
