1 ba­nana ½ av­o­cado ½ cup coconut water 10 to 12 straw­ber­ries, frozen 1 tsp baobab pow­der 1 tsp honey 10 al­monds

Method

1. Place all the in­gre­di­ents in a blender and

pulse un­til smooth. 2. Add more coconut water, depend­ing on how runny you like your smoothie. Serve chilled.

Food Tip

To in­crease hy­dra­tion lev­els of the smoothie, add a few cubes of ice, and for ex­tra sweet­ness, add an­other spoon­ful of honey.
