Rehydrate Smoothie

Ingredient­s

1 banana ½ avocado ½ cup coconut water 10 to 12 strawberri­es, frozen 1 tsp baobab powder 1 tsp honey 10 almonds

Method

1. Place all the ingredient­s in a blender and

pulse until smooth. 2. Add more coconut water, depending on how runny you like your smoothie. Serve chilled.

Food Tip

To increase hydration levels of the smoothie, add a few cubes of ice, and for extra sweetness, add another spoonful of honey.
