It’s hard to believe that this year is almost over. Where did the time go? We’re happy that we’re in the middle of spring and summer is almost here. Not only are we enjoying warmer weather, but the days are longer, making it possible to dine outdoors. Flowers are blooming, clothes are colourful, make-up is brighter and everyone is happy. This is exactly what we’re bringing you with this issue. You’ll learn how to wear florals and the latest accessories, and be a glamorous goddess in simple beauty looks and easy-to-do hairstyles. This time of the year also marks the beginning of the busy wedding season. To help all brides-to-be, we’ve compiled a bridal edit to help you prepare for the big day. Turn to page 113 to see trendy gowns, elegant jewellery, stunning shoes, and tips for flawless skin and so much more. It’s really all a bride needs to shine on D -Day. While celebrating all-things new and exciting, we couldn’t do it without our cover stars Terry Pheto and Mampho Brescia, whose innovative business venture will surely inspire many. We also haven’t forgotten that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our indepth feature on page 84 reveals that we still have a long way to go in fighting the stigma against this disease.
