Honey & lemon hake steak
4 hake steaks
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lemon juice
1 tsp cayenne pepper Handful parsley, chopped Sea salt and pepper
1. In a jar, mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Place hake in a dish, pour over the mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Place the hake steaks on low heat, and grill for 10 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
