Honey & le­mon hake steak

4 hake steaks

½ cup olive oil

½ cup le­mon juice

4T honey

1 tsp cayenne pep­per Hand­ful pars­ley, chopped Sea salt and pep­per


1. In a jar, mix olive oil, le­mon juice, honey and pars­ley. Sea­son with salt and pep­per. Place hake in a dish, pour over the mix­ture and mar­i­nate for 30 min­utes.

2. Place the hake steaks on low heat, and grill for 10 min­utes on each side. Gar­nish with le­mon wedges and serve.
