GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

700g lamb chops Sea salt and black pep­per 1 cup brown sugar 3 cloves gar­lic, crushed Hand­ful chives, finely chopped

½ cup soy sauce 1T gin­ger, crushed ½ tsp red chilli flakes ½ tsp Chi­nese five-spice pow­der ½ le­mon, juiced 5T olive oil 300g baby pota­toes

Method

1. Pre­heat oven to 180°C. In a large flat dish, place lamb chops. In a small bowl, mix salt and pep­per, sugar, gar­lic, chives, soy sauce, gin­ger, chilli flakes, five-spice pow­der and le­mon juice. Rub the mix all over the chops. Driz­zle olive oil on top. 2. Rub the pota­toes with olive oil and place them around

the chops. Roast for 25 to 30 min­utes. 3. Serve with rice, as well as peas and pars­ley.
