GRILLED LAMB CHOPS
700g lamb chops Sea salt and black pepper 1 cup brown sugar 3 cloves garlic, crushed Handful chives, finely chopped
½ cup soy sauce 1T ginger, crushed ½ tsp red chilli flakes ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder ½ lemon, juiced 5T olive oil 300g baby potatoes
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. In a large flat dish, place lamb chops. In a small bowl, mix salt and pepper, sugar, garlic, chives, soy sauce, ginger, chilli flakes, five-spice powder and lemon juice. Rub the mix all over the chops. Drizzle olive oil on top. 2. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and place them around
the chops. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes. 3. Serve with rice, as well as peas and parsley.
