TERIYAKI PORK STEAKS
700g pork steaks ½ cup thick soy sauce 3T honey 2T rice vinegar 2T sesame oil 2T dark brown sugar 2 cloves garlic, minced 1cm ginger, grated Bunch coriander 1 cup pine nuts 4T olive oil Sea salt and black pepper Cucumber, sliced 1 spring onion 5 radishes, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Add pork steaks and marinate for 10 minutes. Remove from the bowl and grill for 15 minutes on each side, basting the meat with the marinade every 5 minutes. 2. Place coriander, pine nuts and olive oil in a food processor. Whizz until roughly chopped and season with salt and pepper. 3. In a salad bowl, mix the cucumber, spring onion and radish slices. Serve the chops with the salad and the coriander pesto.
