700g pork steaks ½ cup thick soy sauce 3T honey 2T rice vine­gar 2T se­same oil 2T dark brown sugar 2 cloves gar­lic, minced 1cm gin­ger, grated Bunch co­rian­der 1 cup pine nuts 4T olive oil Sea salt and black pep­per Cu­cum­ber, sliced 1 spring onion 5 radishes, sliced


1. Pre­heat oven to 200°C. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, rice vine­gar, se­same oil, brown sugar, gar­lic and gin­ger. Add pork steaks and mar­i­nate for 10 min­utes. Re­move from the bowl and grill for 15 min­utes on each side, bast­ing the meat with the mari­nade ev­ery 5 min­utes. 2. Place co­rian­der, pine nuts and olive oil in a food pro­ces­sor. Whizz un­til roughly chopped and sea­son with salt and pep­per. 3. In a salad bowl, mix the cu­cum­ber, spring onion and radish slices. Serve the chops with the salad and the co­rian­der pesto.
