Diabetes Care, ap­ple cider vine­gar was found to be a “won­der po­tion”. Peo­ple who con­sumed two ta­ble­spoons of ap­ple cider vine­gar be­fore bed with their snack had lower blood su­gar lev­els than those who didn’t. Not only is it great for diabetes, it works won­ders for your weight.

How about adding vine­gar to your diet to get rid of a few ki­los? A study in Japan found that those who drank a bev­er­age with some vine­gar had less belly fat, lower triglyc­erides and waist mea­sure­ments, and a lower body weight and body mass in­dex, com­pared with the group who did not drink vine­gar.

So, add a few tea­spoons of ei­ther in­gre­di­ent to your snack or drink, and toast your health.
