FRUITY NECTARINE & SALMON SALAD

Ingredients

3 nectarines, thinly sliced

½ cup peppadews, sliced

100g salmon, thinly sliced

Handful mint leaves

Handful micro leaves

3T olive oil

Method

1. In a large plate, mix nectarines, salmon, peppadews, mint and micro leaves. Drizzle with olive oil.
