SALAD NIÇOISE TWIST
Ingredients
2 eggs, soft boiled, cut into halves
1 potato, cut into wedges and roasted Salad leaves
1 x 115g can tuna, drained
50g fresh snow peas, sliced 50g rosa tomatoes
50g olives, pitted
Olive oil or Balsamic vinegar
Method
1. In a salad bowl, mix all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and/or balsamic vinegar.
