6 – 8 AuGuST

Quinn saves Carly from sexual assault, and Chad rejects DA Woods’ attempts to reconcile. Later, DA Woods has Bo demoted and makes Roman the new police commissioner. Carly wakes up in Quinn’s hotel room thinking that she only dreamt that Vivian sent everyone photos of her passed out from drugs, and EJ tells Nicole that he knows it was Brady who beat him unconscious. Gus can’t take one moment more of Vivian carrying on about her wonderful son Quinn (see more on p29), and Maggie and Victor have sex.

11 – 15 AuGuST

EJ gives Brady his gun back and warns him that he might need it, and Daniel and Jennifer reunite with a kiss. Kate prepares to have one of Chloe’s clients expose her as a hooker during her concert, while Kinsey tries to steal one of Chloe’s clients. Stefano figures out who attacked EJ, and Roman tells Bo and Hope to drop their investigation into attacks on hookers. Sonny tells his family that he’s aiming for a job in the DA’s office. EJ, Brady, Sonny and Chad are determined to keep the peace but elsewhere Maggie takes a bullet for Victor. The DiMera and Kiriakis families prepare for war, and Quinn tells Carly that he swapped her new drugs for sugar pills.

18 – 19 AuGuST

The outcome looks grim as Daniel and Lexie operate to save Maggie’s life. Will and Gabi sleep together, and Hope and Bo disobey Roman. Brady tells Nicole how much he needs her, and EJ tells Taylor that he knew that Stefano would have Maggie shot.
