Here’s a recap of season 6’s last episode (we saw it on 30 December 2013)… can’t-talk-to-girls-unless-he’s-drunk astrophysicist raj (Kunal nayyar) did the impossible: he spoke to a girl (penny – Kaley cuoco) without having a drink as penny comforted him after lucy (Kate micucci) dumped him via sms. howard then (simon helberg) convinced leonard (Johnny Galecki) to go on a north sea expedition. and sheldon objected to leonard leaving him for four months. so what are they up now?
all coupled up
Howard & Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) howie wears the colourful pants in his wardrobe, but he still doesn’t wear the pants at home. his mom is as bossy as ever and tells howard in episode 2 (20 august) to rub oestrogen cream into her back. It seeps into his skin and howie becomes overly emotional… that’s what his wife Bernadette says is the cause. don’t miss the scene where howard asks raj to see at his moobs… Leonard & Penny penny quits working at The cheesecake Factory in episode 13 (on 5 november) and chases her acting dream. leonard isn’t sure that it’s the right choice but supports his love anyway. Sheldon & Amy (Mayim Bialik) We’re going to see a different side to sheldon. he’s still his impossible self and is deeply opposed to physical (human) contact. But in episode 15 (on 19 november), he goes on a valentine’s train trip to the napa valley with girlfriend amy and they end up kissing. and not just a little peck either – it’s a proper kiss! Jim says that his character kisses amy out of pure frustration – it’s the only way to shut her up. “But he soon realises that kissing isn’t too bad after all…”
as for the singles…
raj and stuart (Kevin sussman) the comic bookstore owner are still unlucky in love and are fed-up with continually being rejected by women. so they join a dating website, but no one’s interested in them.
