Victoria and Miles worried about Lucilla’s mental state, and drunk Suffocate told Niki that marrying her might not have been the best idea. Miles shares a dark secret that makes Lucilla realise that he might understand exactly what she’s going through. Suffo move out, and Niki gets alarming news about their baby. Suffo turns to his ex Puleng to confide in her about his rocky marriage, and Niki tells Bash about the baby and he’s horrified that Suffo doesn’t know yet. Miles meets Zolani and is curious about him and Lucilla, while Victoria feels more alienated from Miles and pressures him into setting a wedding date. Then S’fiso fishes for info about S’bu’s business with Zolani. Victoria’s concerned when news of the potential Redemption sale throws Miles into a state. Bash tells Niki that she needs to tell Suffo about the threat to their baby; she then opens up to Puleng about the problem and Puleng worries that Cuba’s muti may have caused the baby’s heart defect. Mangaliso tells Puleng that the muti couldn’t have made the baby sick, while Miles finds out that Lu and Zolani were lovers and he stops the deal to sell Redemption Records. Niki’s relieved when the gynaecologist tells her that she’s not responsible for her baby’s heart condition, while back at the Vilakazi house, Miles becomes irrationally jealous of Lucilla and Zolani.

There’s chaos following Miles assaulting Zolani, then Victoria wants to know why Miles punched Zolani. And Puleng tells her mom that she wants a list of everything that was in the muti.
