TV PLUS COMPETITION AND GIVEAWAY RULES

1. These rules apply to all competitions and give aways featured in this issue of tv plus.

2. The prizes will be awarded to correct entries drawn randomly after each competition and giveaway’s closing date.

3.The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.The prizes are not transfer able and may not be converted to cash.

5.You may enter as many times as you wish. If possible, please supply a residential, rather than a PO Box address.

6. By entering any competitions in tv plus, you agree to automatically receive the tv plus newsletter.

7. Do not send entries by registered post as they will not be collected.

8. Staff, and their immediate family, of Media 24 (Ltd), the prize sponsors and their advertising agencies may not enter.

9. Prizes must be claimed by 12 November 2015.

10. Winners will be notified by telephone by tv plus.

11. The SMS number is 33527. All SMSes are charged at R1.50 each; free SMSes do not apply.

13. All competitions in this issue of tv plus are published on behalf of clients and their agencies, as a service to the readers. Clients are responsible for the prizes and delivery there of, with in South Africa.

14. Allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of prizes.

15. Participants and winners of all competitions indemnify and hold tv plus, Media 24 (Ltd) and clients harmless against any liability, claim, damage or loss that may result from participating or winning prizes.
