Anna grills Vic­to­ria in prepa­ra­tion for the court case and she cracks un­der pres­sure. As a re­sult, Vic­to­ria and Miles make a dras­tic move in or­der to avoid hav­ing her tes­tify against him. Miles has a run-in with Doc and tells him to stop us­ing S’fiso as a pawn, and a smit­ten Pru­dence mis­reads Zolani’s at­ti­tude to­wards her as af­fec­tion. In a dra­matic turn of events in court, Maponya rests his case. Mean­while, Zolani has a suc­cess­ful meet­ing with his po­ten­tial new business part­ners.

9 – 13 fe­bru­ary

Zolani and Doc are at odds when it comes to the new MD, while in court Miles feels the pres­sure after S’bu’s ad­mis­sion on the stand, lead­ing to Maponya of­fer­ing him a deal. Miles de­lib­er­ates over Maponya’s plea bar­gain, while Lu­cilla wor­ries that if she tells the truth, it will have dev­as­tat­ing con­se­quences for ev­ery­one. Anna and Win­ston tell Miles that since he won’t ac­cept the deal, their only op­tion is to put Lu­cilla on the stand. Back at Red, Zolani clashes with Than­deka, the con­sul­tant Doc brings to help Zolani find a new MD. Suf­fo­cate doesn’t want Niki work­ing as he ex­pe­ri­ences anx­i­ety about leav­ing Busi with the nanny. Maponya puts pres­sure on Lu­cilla when she takes the stand, then Lu strug­gles with her guilt.

16 – 17 fe­bru­ary

Bash is an­noyed that Niki stole his job at Kilo­watt, while the court­room drama con­tin­ues as Maponya de­liv­ers his clos­ing ar­gu­ments and things aren’t look­ing all that good for Miles.
