it’s father’s day in genoa city in march, but there’s tension between lily and neil, while jack and nick worry that summer’s run away with austin. dylan walks in on nikki telling paul that ian’s not dylan’s dad – paul is and only dylan’s liver can save him. hilary then says yes to neil’s proposal, and billy (now played by burgess jenkins) is shocked when victoria tells him that she wants a divorce.
