Zadie realises that all is not well with Merle, who has a message for her stubborn sister Gertrude. Cherilee’s nervous about the rehab centre, while Merle’s excited to see her sister again. Naomi makes a shocking discovery about Kobus, Okkie tries to make life easier for Zadie and Nick, and Daleen thinks that Pippa’s hormones are the cause of her stress. Ronnie’s in a fist fight, At wants to lend Susanna a hand with the centre, and Okkie finds himself in a difficult situation regarding Merle. The Binnelanders prepare for Merle’s funeral, Cherilee tries to make peace with Ivanka, and an unexpected visitor arrives. Then Cherilee decides which man she really wants.
