A fight, a fall & Hope loses it all

Hope turns the Forrester dinner table into a diplomatic minefield.

-

The Forresters gather on Thursday 10 December for Thanksgiving. And once again, lunch begins with each guest having to say something nice about the person on their right. But it seems that Hope’s (Kimberly Matula) seating plan is going to make that nigh impossible. In order, we have: Hope, Bill (Don Diamont), Katie (Heather Tom), Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), Rick (Jacob Young), Charlie (Dick Christie), Pam (Alley Mills), Eric (John McCook), Donna (Jennifer Gareis), Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor), Oliver (Zack Conroy), Aly (Ashlyn Pearce), Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), Liam (Scott Clifton) and Wyatt (Darin Brooks). Spot the problems? Here’s what they actually say (in some cases through gritted teeth!), plus what we wish they would…

Bill says: Katie, you have pushed me to be a better man and now you pushed me to be a better father. He thinks: Let me push Ridge out of a helicopter again for you? Murder means I love you…

Katie says: Ridge, I’m really grateful that you came home.

She thinks: And I’d be even more grateful if you got lost again, you cheap stringring cheater.

Ridge says: Caroline, you pulled me through a very dark time and I will always be grateful.

He thinks: Can I pull you

into the bathroom later?

Caroline says: Rick, I cannot wait to see where you lead Forrester in the years to come.

She thinks: I suspect that it’s going to be good for a laugh, you psychotic man-baby.

Pam says: Eric, you gave me a job, you gave me a family. You rescued me.

She thinks: Don’t think that I haven’t heard you sniggering about “silly Pam and her lemon bars”. FYI, lemon masks the taste of arsenic.

Eric says: Donna, I’m so grateful that you loved me for a while.

He thinks: When Stephanie (Susan Flannery) was alive, you couldn’t wait to jump on it. Now? Nothing!

Liam says Wyatt, everything that you seek out, you accomplish. And now you have a baby on the way. He says: It’ll serve you right when your kid turns evil thanks to the crazy Quinn (Rena Sofer) gene.
