Billy, Jack, Victoria and Abby are arrested after Jabot is audited, and Victor and Jack ask Noah to keep his mouth shut about Marco replacing Jack when Jack was kidnapped. Phyllis tells Victor that Ian’s behind the Paragon Project after Summer warns Phyllis that Fred is really Ian Ward. A suspicious Gwen follows Neil and confronts him at the lake house after Neil’s pilot tells Dylan a little too much. Ian breaks back into his jail cell, then escapes again, and Marisa is attacked while trying to leave town.
