How have things been since your Muzart days? A rollercoaster ride! YO.TV was life-changing, but with Muzart there’s a bigger audience and it’s a bigger art form. Muzart has enabled me to express myself more. I’ve gained an incredible amount of confidence in who I am. So what encouraged you to return to TV presenting? SABC1 is where I was introduced to the industry. It’s a national platform where everyone will see me, but it was a difficult decision to make because I’ve grown and changed. But I honestly love it because I missed the adrenaline of live TV. And what are you enjoying most about Mzansi Insider? Being my age. I was still on YO.TV at 20 and people thought that I was 16. Being current is cool because we talk about things happening now as opposed to pre-recorded shows. How do you juggle it with everything else? Time management and being honest about everything that you’re doing to everyone involved. Being realistic with scheduling and time. You started a trend on Twitter with the hashtag #purityispossible – tell us about that. I was on 3Talk (2003-2015) speaking about what women want within a physical relationship and I mentioned that I wouldn’t know because I’d never had one. I’m a virgin and I’m not forcing it upon anyone but I do believe that purity is possible.
