Hi tvplus. I like the man who plays Kobus van Engelen on Generations. He’s a brilliant actor. I’d like to know who he is and the length of his stay on the show – LEBOHANG C MOTSOATSOA, VIA FACEBOOK Jacques Gombault has appeared on many local soapies, including Isidingo (1998- current) as Billy, as a guest star in 7de Laan (2000- current) and as Flip on Binnelanders (2005- current) in 2013. Jacques most recently appeared on Rhythm City (2007current) as Colonel Stofberg in 2015, before joining Generations earlier this year. He’s also been in a few films, like District 9 in 2009. And luck is on your side: his Generations character Kobus is set to appear onscreen for a few more months. NB! See more on p26.
