Chris tries to talk sense into Mariaan, because if she doesn’t stop hassling their daughter Alexa, she will figure out the Welmans’ secret. Hilda is convinced that Oubaas is cheating on her with one of the elderly ladies living in The Heights, and Aggie gives Rickus advice on how to charm Petro. Vanessa is ready to reveal the Welman family’s secret to her mom Charmaine, and Bruynwaves’ “guys auction” event is growing after Xander agrees to take part. Pulane asks Petro if she has feelings for Willem, and Chris is surprised when Rickus confronts him.
Vanessa is impressed with Justin’s work, Aggie and Pulane make a bet about who Petro’s going to choose to be her boyfriend, while Oubaas notices at long last that something’s bothering Hilda when her zest for life is gone. Petro tells Willem that she’s not interested in him but he’s not ready to take no for an answer, Chris and Mariaan lock horns because she didn’t tell him that Vanessa knows about the skeletons in their closet, and Hilda’s traumatised after her night in jail. Alexa helps Charmaine through her darkest hour, Maria moves into Gita’s penthouse, and Aggie wonders why Felicity is acting so

Charmaine is putting her traumatic experience behind her and she talks for the first time. Vanessa’s overjoyed that her mom is getting better but she’s still concerned because Charmaine won’t talk about what happened. Felicity fires Willem from T&T now that she is the majority shareholder, but he gets her back by ordering her to close down the boutique because he owns half the building. Bonita knows about Felicity’s secret and Felicity is furious when Bonita makes a suggestion that will solve Felicity’s problems. Chris tells Alexa the truth but her reaction isn’t what he’d expected, and Willem and Petro’s feelings grow and they kiss during their date on the rooftop. Felicity has bad news for Willem that puts his relationship with Petro in jeopardy, while Hilda makes contact with the daughter she gave up when she was a teen.
