The kitchen can be a dangerous place, so the Disney Cookabout (2016-current) kids have “chef” Kirsten Mohammed (K) and “sous chef” Mthunzi Nyoti (M) on hand to take care of any knife work and hot pots, plus cheer them on. We’d say that the duo were also there to dry any tears, but Kristen insists, “There’s no crying on set – except from us when we’re judging.” Mthunzi adds, “It happened to me twice actually, like when one kid lost and the other kid came and said, ‘You can have my spoon [prize]’, I had to walk away.” So what else is cooking on the fun local show?
