Nick finds the dead doc. Weekdays e.tv (*194) 09:00

Things are getting crazy at Fairview Sanatorium! On Monday 17 October, criminally cuckoo Patty (Stacy Haiduk) is sent back to Fairview and while Nick (Joshua Morrow) warns his wife Sage (Kelly Sullivan) – who’s gone undercover at Fairview as a mental patient to investigate Dr Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) – that Patty is dangerous, Dr Anderson is the real snake in the grass. On Tuesday 18 October, Nick’s ex-wife Sharon (Sharon Case) tricks Dr Anderson into dropping a huge clue about her real identity, but their search for the truth comes to an abrupt halt when Dr Anderson turns up dead later on Tuesday 18 October.

DEADLY SECRETS

It seems an open and shut case: Dr Anderson is dead and blood-soaked Patty Williams is rocking, cuddling her fluffy toy cat. When Sage questions Patty on Wednesday 19 October, all that Patty can do is sing, “Hush little baby, don’t say a word.” While everyone else around her argues, Patty flashes back to having a “chitty- chat about a wee little baby” with Dr Anderson in her office. Investigating cop Dylan (Steve Burton) hits the nail on the head when he tells Sage, “Patty acting in selfdefence? That would mean Dr Anderson’s past was a big enough secret to kill for.” But Dr Anderson’s past isn’t her only secret it seems…

TWO SECRETS

Paranoid Patty isn’t going to reveal what happened. Just after finding dead Dr Anderson on Tuesday 18 October, Sharon realises that the doc must have known Nick in high school. Sharon and Nick then figure out that Dr Anderson was really Sandra Allen, a girl who was paralysed during one of Nick’s high school parties. “Sandy thought that Nick completely abandoned her and didn’t take any responsibility for it,” says Joshua. But the fault lies with Nick’s dad Victor (Eric Braeden), who paid Sandy’s family to leave Genoa City. That explains her love-hate fascination with Nick that led her to fake his baby Christian’s death in July and made then-drugged-and- crazy Sharon believe that she’d given birth to that same baby in August. With Sharon and Sage still in the dark, the only person who knows about Dr Anderson and the baby is rocking back and forth spouting gibberish-like nursery rhymes.
